Attorney Teixeira has been practicing family law since 1988. She has assisted families in Bristol and Plymouth Counties in the areas of divorce, paternity, child support, guardianships and parenting time for over 28 years. She recognizes that most family law matters involve a great deal of stress for both the litigants and children involved. She is always mindful of this fact when handling matters for her clients. Elizabeth Teixeira
Attorney Teixeira is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and earned her law degree from Suffolk University. She also studied at the University of Lisbon in Portugal and speaks Portuguese. She has been practicing family law for over 28 years. She has served as a Guardian Ad Litem in divorce, custody, and parenting time cases as well as in termination of parental rights cases. Her kind and compassionate manner will help ease the anxiety of going through a divorce or other family law matters. She is a strong advocate whose skill and experience will assist you in navigating complex family law issues.
Attorney Teixeira is active in the community and volunteers for many local organizations. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association Family Law Section and the Bristol County Bar Association.
